Bob Hedrick
President / Co-founder
Bob has a B.A.Sc. and an M.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and has been developing CAD/CAM software since his first co-op term in the 1980’s. He enjoys designing and building things, grassroots motorsports and riding funny bicycles.
Jill Urbanic
Vice-president / Co-founder
Dr. (Ruth) Jill Urbanic is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical, Automotive, and Materials Engineering at the University of Windsor. Her research focuses on advanced process design and manufacturing technologies. She likes to design and build things. This includes sketching, painting, landscape designs as well as eclectic multi-disciplinary engineering design projects. She is the recipient of both research and teaching awards, and has made several advances in the area of additive manufacturing and hybrid process planning.
Duncan Lam
General Manager
Duncan has an MBA from the University of Windsor. He is also a self-published author of several children’s books. And, no, they are not related to additive manufacturing at all!
Hamoon Ramezani
Applications Engineer
Hamoon has a M.A.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. He has experience in CAD, CAE, Additive Manufacturing, and the automotive industry. Hamoon is a self-professed coffee connoisseur.
Sandy El Moghazi
Applications Engineer
Sandy has her B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Egypt and her M.Sc. in Materials Engineering, with a focus in additive manufacturing, from Canada. She enjoys outdoor activities, especially rock climbing and running.
Dean Rezaee
Software Developer
Dean has a Bachelor of Engineering Science from Western University. He is excited to help develop the software that will advance the manufacturing industry with additive manufacturing tools.
Dennis Ceh
Software Developer
Dennis has an M.Eng. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Wayne State University.
Elnaz Mirazimzadeh
Researcher
Elnaz is a Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Windsor.
Dora Strelkova
Software Developer
Dora has a B.A.Sc in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Math and Computer Science from the University of Windsor. She is a FIRST Robotics alumni with research interests in compliant mechanisms, soft robotics and additive manufacturing.
